2. Book your appointment: Select the correct program you need to enroll in (evaluation or other service).
   • Important: There is a no refund policy, so double-check your program selection.
3. Prepare identification: Have your valid driver’s license ready.
4. Gather documents: Collect all pages of your court conditions before beginning — these are required.
5. Scan your court conditions:
   • Download the free CS Scanner app.
   • Scan your documents; do not use regular phone photos.
   • Save your scanned files as a PDF to your device for upload during sign-up.
6. Complete your sign-up: Upload your scanned court conditions and finish the registration process.
7. Check your email:
   • You will receive documents via SignNow — complete and submit all paperwork before your appointment.
   • If your paperwork is incomplete before your scheduled time, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply and must be paid within 24 hours, or a new booking will be required.
8. Attend your appointment:
   • Look for an email with a Google Hangout or Google Meet link.
   • Join the meeting 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time.
